Here comes the sun

August 17, 2017

Even overcast skies can provide a dramatic dawn. This was the scene that greeted me as I looked over Crosshaven, two mornings ago. I was worried that I had needlessly dragged myself out of the scratcher...and then. all of a sudden, the sky lit up dramatically with oranges, reds and yellows.

The display only lasted about a minute or two but made my early morning excursion worth every tired step.

Dawn should be obligatory...it's the greatest show on Earth.
